I heard the armor hole was fixed . Now this happened about a week ago when i was going for squad leader at fort tusken. This happend about 3 or 4 times. What would happen is one of the high level tuskens( chief?) would use advanced strafe on me. When he hit me, my armor would not block any of it. They would hit me full on for anywhere from 2.5k-3.5k. Instant death everytime advanced strafe shot hit me. What I want to know is if advanced strafe a)ignores armor or b)there is still an armor hole against certain attacks. Just to clarify i always use a full set or armor.

the armor hole is still very much there.
it sucks
no fix or acknoledgment in sight

One cause of the armor hole was fixed, but it turned out that there were multiple causes. The incidence of the armor hole has been sharply reduced, however it still occurs once in a while.

I find that about 1 in 7 hits I take full damage even if I am in full composite armor. The damage is always to my health pool. Does anyone know if there is some way to fix this? I am at a loss, it causes me to die more often than I'd like to admit.

As a new armor wearor on my jedi ( main is a wook that obviously cant wear any) i see this ALOT and it happens at the worst times mainly cause it is the result of getting hit multiple times in the same round usualy resulting in 1-2 of the 3-4 hits bypassing the armor most likly cause the game just forgets to check after the first few hits

Ever since I wear a Ubese Shirt and do NOT wear necklaces, I take a lot less hits in the armor hole.

I stopped wearing jewelry and haven’t seen any improvements.
PSG and the new armor buff foods will help minimize the armor hole damage.

I have this happen quite often as well to my two backpack wearing characters. It is not as a result of multiple hits as I observe the combat spam and see the red floaty number, I believe it is in direct correlation with the unfixed armor hole as a result of wearing a pack of some sort. My Jedi does NOT wear a pack and does not have this armor hole to my health pool. Although I have heard of an armor hole in the helmet wherein you get hit in the helmet eye hole resulting in mind damage, but I have yet to experience it, only the health pool armor hole.

has anyone tested this fix? can i wear a full set of comp with a cloth shirt and backpack and expect to see no hits get through? thanks in advance for any helpfull replys!

have been testing it and i can say
yay armour hole is realy fixed woowoo no more random 800 hits woowoo well happy

You must have got lucky then. I am still gettting hit in armor holes.

What armor are you wearing? Since monsters do ranged attacks now. There not all ways doing kinitic damage. So if you wearing ubese. You might be geting hit with a vlun
