No combat level means we take more damage per hit.
No armour means no protection.
No combat level means no health bonuses.
We are going to be 1-2 shot by everything out there, with little or no chance to run.
How am I going to tend my harvesters? How will I survey for resources?
How are we going to live though the day?

Hire a bodyguard.
Interact.
Find a city that will let you place factories within the borders.
etc.
There are plenty of ways to get around this - its by far the least of any AS worries.

Um..didn't you ever drive around unbuffed/unarmoured before? Only time I've ever had problems is with characters I've migrated everything into mind, and I might end up losing health or action in a hit. Since that will no longer be an issue, you can do what everybody else does: Keep driving your bike onward. (To add to this: I've even made trips around Dath unbuffed, unarmoured, and came out fine. A few close calls, a few times needing to stop and regen my HAM in a spawn-free spot, but only ever died to on my bike after migrating my stats... except the nightsister runins which buffs and armour didn't help against anyway.)

No you dont seem to understand, because we have no combat level anything a couple of levels above us (like everything) will hit us for massive amounts of damage as thier multipliers are applied based on the level difference.

Where you get shot up for 100hp now will be multiplied exponentially based on the level that the attacking mob has. You will get dead.
Hiring an escort? How much should I pay an elite combatant to follow me around for an hour maybe 2 while I find that 70%+ spot. What's his time worth to him for that hour? He could make maybe 60-100k in that hour. Do you want to pay to cover that lost time?
Dath? HA no chance. Hire a Doc and tell him to bring a lot of res kits.
One more link for luck.

Harvesters are my concern, not factories. And unless you can leave the house, everything else is secondary. I'm in a large guild full to the brim of Jedi/Elite Combat classes/Docs everything..my TK Commando is on admin for all the statics and factories etc so it's not an issue. The issue is, driving past agro mobs that dont show up on radar until youre 50m past them yet they agro and hit before youre out of range, and the vastly increased damage they will be doing to non-combat classes simply because we have no combat rating, health bonuses or method of protection.

I will probably drop master merchant (which is redundant now due to vendor search and stackable loot) and pick up an elite combat prof.... probably one that can wear recon armor (rifleman?)so i can survive on my bike while surveying/scouting.... psg will help too.
Will be difficult grind though.
I believe the days of the triple master crafter are over. Everybody has to have an elite combat prof now

Even combat characters are 1 hit incapped off bikes wearing armor and at full health. LVL is everything in the CU. You could have the best armor on in the game and be fully buffed then get 1 hit incapped off your bike.
Its going to be hell for factory runs. If it were possible I would say have droid engineers build factory droids that will go take stuff out and we could manage the pay and energy from our house.

I'm concerned about the ride to the Village. Do they make an afterburner for an AV-21?

But you'll need Dath wooly to boost handling and Dant avian meat to make it fly!
