Thread: Mando Helm DE buff vs AS buff About to craft it! :)

Hello!
Did a look through the FAQ and stickies, and I did not see where this question was asked...
I'm a MAS/MDE, and I am about to craft a Mando helm. My question is, which entertainer buff should I get? LOL

Is it even really worth it? The only thing it will affect is condition, and anyone in their right mind who has a Manda helm is going to put an ADK on it.

Buff is supposed to help with experimentation also.... should would be a shame for your 1 out of 100,000(fake number)experiments to critical fail, be on a mando helm. LOL

If I were you, I wouldn't get either.
I tend to get more criticals when having the buff.
ESPECIALLY on final combines...

Well, I think they got rid of critical assemblies, right? And as for crit fails during experimentation, I've never had one cause the condition to go down to zero. Plus, if you're afraid of a crit fail on a Manda helmet, just don't experiment at allon it. Like I said before, as long as the helmet's condition is above zero, its not going to matter what the specific number is, once you put an ADK on it. (I'm not sure what would happen if you put an ADK ona item with 0 condition.)

The helm came out to:
Condition: 111076
Health Bonus: +50
Sockets: 4
Kinetic: 5839
Energy: 6170
Heat: 6000
Cold: 6000
Acid: 6000
Electricity: 6000
Health Bonus: +50
Sockets: 4
Kinetic: 5839
Energy: 6170
Heat: 6000
Cold: 6000
Acid: 6000
Electricity: 6000
Used the DE buff (friend found something about it in a different forum). All in all, I am VERY happy with it (other than the fact the DE had torun the final combine).

so is that a confirmed 2% increase on the resources with the DE buff?

I'm not on my toon atm, but when i get a chance/remember I'll list the stats of the resources i used and conditions i got on the mando peices i have made.

OK! heres what i used and what i got -
Hides - 963 OQ, 976 SR, 831 DR. Solid petro - 953 OQ, 671 DR.
Made all these peices together, logging in the diffferent crafters myself. Each peices was experimented to the maximum these resources allowed and this was done prior to crafting inspirations being available.
Mando Helmet 110812
Chestplaate 110812
Pants 110812
Left bicep111276
Right Bicep112791
I have no idea why the biceps came out differently, everything was done exactly the same for each peice.
If the original poster, could state the stats on the resources he used it would be useful to see how the compare and possibly shed light on whether the inspiration was effective or not.
