Thread: ARMORSMITH SHOULD BE A COMBAT PROFESSION!!!
Two things I need to say here:
1) What happened to the rest of this discussion?? Did I just have a very odd dream that there were 5-6 replies to this thread yesterday? Oh, well, probably someone got really angry at someone else, and parts of the thread were deleted.. or.. ?

One starts to load in. I can't target him. A'smith thinking I am overt too begins attacking the JEDI as soon as he loads in. He then defeats him SOLO and we head for the hills laughing our a$$es off! GREVER PWNS ALL ARMORSMITHS!
So.. your friend attacks a jedi WHILE HE IS LOADING? If this is what you are doing.. that's not cool.. that's not "combat".. that's called griefing actually, and should get your friend thrown the h*** out of this game. And he's done this 6 times, you say?
Wow.. I don't know what sort of response you expect to get for this, but really.. you might find a couple of 12-year olds on the bh-boards that would find this funny, but don't count on it..

Umm before you make youself look ignorant he is a lvl 56 armorsmith. I could see if it was a group of full temp jedi ganking the one loading jedi, but lets get real, an armorsmith isn't exactly intimidating. besides you can't attack before the person is done loading anyways.

Still, with the span of time between whenthe character is loaded and when he is actually able to respond to the attack (especially in a city with all the objects/toons that needs to be loaded there), or even target the attacking character, I think it is a very, very uncool thing to do.
You are not able to attackl until he is FULLY loaded. I.E. can see screen, and can move around. In some instances they actually take a few steps trying to run away before you can hit them. It also automatically targets whoever hits you (at least my computer does when it happens to me). The fact still remains though he was an armorsmith. You are a failure at the game if one beats you. NO MATTER WHAT. End of story. Especially a full temp jedi.
oh also for the record he only load attacked the jedi. all the others were in duels or from him fidning overts in a city.

Just a little note here. I dont know how much PvP you do. Or how thigns are done on what ever server is local to you. But load kiling is par for the course on Bria at least. If your red. Doesn tmatter if your loading in or not. If there is enemy about they will almost allways swarm you and kill you the moment you turn attackable. ALSO you do NOT have to be 'fully loaded in' so to speak and able to see the screen before your attackable. I can certainly attest to this as I have been killed at least 12 times on loadin. Well before i coudl see the screen. And I'd find out I was allready dead from loaded in guildmates over our vent server before I could even see that for myself. Infact on some of the worst plannets for lag i'd be dead a good minute or more before I could see the screen.
