Thread: How do you store your resourses???
but having 15 medium houses to store all resourses and another 10 (lot pre CU loot what is not stacket
some guys told me to dump it on a vendor .... but that adds to to the max vendor items (master merchant) where I use the full 4000 items for my vendors
resently topt the 200mil units barrier and need extra houses but BAH need truswordy lots for that
Any one has a good workable solution for this????

I've been told by the merchant correspondent that all the items in a pack on a vendor ARE counted against your total, although the pack isn't. The pack and its contents are counted as one item if someone offers it to a vendor. I'll check this next time I'm in game.
I, too, stored all my resources on a vendor in my workshop. Very handy. I keep a working supply of various resources in five or six packs in the same room.

I don't mine quite that much, 1-2m of good generics like metal, steel and polymer, 500k of the other stuff. I use store houses and also the input hoppers of my factories. Each factory gets nominated to store different classes of resource, hides, bones in one, metals in another, ore in another, layer resources in another etc.
The houses act as back up stores for the factories so that if I were to lose a factory due to a bug etc I would still have some of the same resources in reverse
any more have some imput?

I like this way, restocking vendors is a pain, I have resource in about 12 factories. Works great, and they only cost like 300k a year, beside don't have room on my vendors, Need to have a sale, lol.
