Okay, Ive decided to do all 4 trees in the Force Sensitive Crafting line. I understand that it will take 24,500,000 Armor Crafting xp to fill all 4 trees, and Ive accepted this tall task. The main problem I see is that with a cap of 120,000 Armor Crafting xp, I will have to make 205 trips to the Village. Granted, I can only unlock one branch per phase, but that's still 6,125,000 Armor Crafting xp and 52 trips.
I would much prefer to do my crafting back at the safety of my shop, but this pretty much forces me to just go to the village and grind...which is something I would prefer not to do. So if you could please, Sir Jaato, request that the developers give it some consideration, I would be most appreciative.

Seconded.
After doing the maths and seeing how much it would cost me to grind all 4 branches (if I didn't have a good guild behind me anyway) and then commiserating with my mouse and mouse-hand about the amount of clicking, I then worked out the amount of trips.
I also think it's a little off that an AS (or other crafter) will have to spend a pretty large amount of cash (unless they have the aforementioned Guild helping) to get the skills whereas a Combat prof doing those trees can run mission after mission to get the xp and make a small fortune.
Yes, I know that in thjeory we can make money out of it afterwards but just how much more can we charge the customer just for the privelidge of having a few extra % on resists or lower HAM?

I posted this in another thread:
Im sorry, I just fail to see anything else I can grind on that wont take hundreds of thousands of units of fiberplast.

Im trying to get all 4 trees of Force Sensitive Crafting, wanna see my numbers?
50,000 novice box
175,000 x4
250,000 x4
350,000 x4
450,000 x4
=
4,950,000 Jedi Crafting XP
Now, as an Armorsmith, I get a 5:1 ratio, so that is 24,750,000 Armor Crafting XP I have to get. The Armor Crafting XP cap at Master Armorsmith is 120,000...so I can expect to make 207 trips to the Village. If I make Ubese Shirts (126 AC xp), I will have to make 196,429 of them. Each one takes 20 units of iron, 30 steel, 10 fiberplast...so thats 3,928,580 Iron, 5,892,870 Steel, and 1,964,290 Fiberplast.
Oh, can someone check my math?

Don't know if it occured to anyone, but... every one of us has engineering 4 as well. Wind generators are in engineering 3, and give a whole lot of xp per combine. Aluminum, steel, and ore ( 40 per combine). You can use a generic metal as well, or copper if you have some extra to use up. I prefer to keep my stacks small, so I only use the above 3.

No, I considered it. General crafting xp gives you an 8:1 ratio and uses a lot more resources. So you end up using more resources, and getting less xp...but faster!

I would love caps to be raised at master level
but it is my opinion the devs want us to make lots of tips to the village. Those 5k shuttle tickets are a money sink for the game, taking out a lot more credits than it used to

I'm going with swoops myself, since vehicles sell so well. Too bad artisan xp caps at 50k.

Thanks a ton, one question tho...does this sound like something that can be resolved? You have more of a feel to what direction the Devs tend to think, is this something that you think they will seriously consider? Or something that Ill just have to deal with? Damn, guess that's 3 questions.
