Thread: Is the lot nerf official or just in-talks?
Personally I hope they do something about lot trades across galaxies.

I acutally think the change is that if you have the two characters on the same server you only get 15 lots between the two of them.
No. They already said 0 additional lots. You unlock and still have 10 lots that you can then share between the two characters which ever way you want.

Yeah, somehow promises, trust and truth from TH and his ilk just hold very little water in my opinion.
Hell for all I know TH could be a bunch of people. But either way their word means squat as shown by history.

I think a change to 15 lots per account (still only 10 per server) would be breaking promises that were made at the beginning. I am sure there are lots of folks with 2 active characters if not 3 on different servers.
The admin change would be a pain for guilds who share lots within the same server though. So Im not a big fan of it, but I think it is a better solution.
#2 is a horrible horrible horrible idea. I have two accounts a combat account and a crafting account. My combat account has all her lots filled with factories and houses leaving my crafting account open for my harvesters. However I'll run both my characters out somewhere, plant my harvs but than use my combat charcter for harvester maintence since often times the harvs will be in dangerous areas and my crafter would die if she ran out there again.
If they want to limit harvester abuses simply put a timer on it. Like you cannot place a harvester until you've spent 24 hours in game if you have survey or spent a week in game if you don't have survey or something silly like that. The fix should hurt the exploiters but let regular players still do what they need to do.
The weapon change nerf has hurt EVERYONE to stop a few people. Those few people are still exploiting since they figgured out a way around it within 24 hours of it going live. So the "fix" to stop some didn't stop them at all and only hurt other people. That cannot happen with harvesters.
