Which parts pertain specifically to the architect profession?
I see nothing that would give architects any ongoing, sustainable income stream
I see nothing about ore mining units crating.
I see nothing about experimentation on fusion generators and solar collectors being returned.
Item increases and lot reductions are nice. But thats not an architect item specifically. And what I really want to know about that is why can they make those changes now but couldn't make it sooner?

Wow Pawlin a little bit of a downer. So your the type who complains about taxes when you win money? These are changes that affect us across all professions and all things in this game. Instead of pointing the things out we know need to fix. Be happy that ANYTHING was given to us. These changes will benefit architects from purely a storage need.
It will also benefit architechs because with the lowered lot sizes people will be upgrading to large houses or even to a guild hall. So this is a change that will benefit us architects

but it will only benefit us in the very short term, yes people will upgrade so we will be busy for about a month, then it will be going back to the same ol same ol.
I have to agree with PAwlin on this one, they haven't fixed anything that will help arch's in the long term (well not the profession itself)

NO.
We should not be satisfied / happy that OUR professions specific issues are STILL being ignored and are STILL not addressed. We should not be thrilled that they bothered to fix things that people have been asking for for months yet still haven't even communicated anything to us about our issues.
I'll continue to harp on OUR issues that are SPECIFIC to OUR profession. I'll keep doing that until they actually FIX THEM!!!

Do you think we will have to re-deed the structures to get the new inventory and lot stats? This will be great to know since i am back from a 7 month absence and would like to build my shop back up. Any info is greatly appreciated

I am very very pleased with these long-overdue chages, but I dont see it as a boon to "only" our profession. Its a help to every player in the game. Yes, we have been asking for MORE STORAGE for over a year, but so has everyone else. These changes, IMHO, have zero to do with the profession of Architect. SMugglers got love, finally.

But I am pleased with the changes, and I think it *might* be an indication that more and similarly great changes are coming. Some might even be targetted at us!

Just like Pawlin said, where are our specific changes? The "Structure" changes I see are nice, but will not help us. Are we supposed to be happy when we just got shot in the foot with the maintenance fix? With this change I might sell a few more harvesters because people may have some more lots to spend, but thats it. After that, it's back to the good old days.
But at least the changes are going in the right direction, I don't want to sound all negative. The inventory increase is nice too (how long until people will cry for 100 item space?) and the removing of AP is nice too.

Yes the patch is great. We're getting them faster no and we're getting more in the patches. But no the patch will only give us a few more sales over the short term. However I am optimistic that we will see the changes we want soon. What I'm seeing is issues that have been ingame for some time being address. We're getting almost a patch a week and their making huge chages. Yes we will see our changes, but we will get them one at a time. We are seeing things that people have been asking for, what dictates when they get to what who knows. Mabey it's based off what percentage of the population it effects, mabey they have a big dartboard and they just throw to see what issues they address.

All of the changes are really nice, I love them, the less house lots used the better, I am glad that we have that now, but like Pawlin said
