I reached Novice Architect the other day, then spend the rest of the day getting the resources to build me a home. Lo and behold, you cannot place a Naboo house on Naboo's moon.......wth. Anyway, I need to now sell the deed to recoup some losses.

What is the going rate for a small house? Someone mentioned 15k somewhere, but I believe that to be too low. With all the ore a house takes, and the relative scarceness of it on the Starsider server, I'm thinking more 30k.

please charge 30k, lets not turn this architect market into an undercutting fiasco.

LOL 15k seems high to me, but i could be wrong me and my co-owner built one the second day. It is a pain to get resources but with harvesters up its not as bad. Anyways i guess to be honest with the economy in upheavel you could prob get 20k, maybe in a couple weeks 30k, heck you migh find a sucker to by it a 40k LOL. On the note of houses, i think its pretty lame you cant see out of the windows.

Most of the reason I was thinking 30k was because of the shortage of any ore on Starsider. How are the other servers for ore?

On Radiant server here... The ores are around, but not in high concentrations, so you have to work together often to get enough orres for a few houses.

I was planning on selling houses for 10K on Radiant server, but not sure now - may raise prices to 15k, unless buyers supply some resources or dropped loot as trade.

Pity us on the Ahazi server, friends, we have a moron annoucing small houses for 8k.... gah. 15k was the minimum the ahazi architects had agreed on and now this! If the Devs ever read this thread: I request that bounties be allowed on morons who ruin the economy for others!

Anyone who sell below 20K and what I will do is to charge one credit per resoucres and a small house will only cost 2260 credit.

Don't bloody spoil the house market.

Oh 30K would be reasonable.

I was also thinking 20K would be a decent price buta person can get 6-7K just by doing deliveries in an hour. I've heard of a few people that are selling them for under 10K. While you can still make a profit on that, its still nutz IMO. Look at weapons and Armor. I know prices will come down, but it is kind of pathetic to see a house sell for half the price of a rifle(DC20's or whatever it is).

If houses do end up to be 7-8K I seriously doubt there will be many architects. Maybe I'm wrong but we will see. I can easily see the economy being ruined because people need to get the exp just to make a PA hall. One of the dumber things the devs did IMO, was to put the PA Hall at Master architect.

30K is reasonable for a thing that will lastvirtually the entire life of the char unless he does something to it.

guns cost about 4000 right now for a good one

a peice of armor is about 2500

so what you are saying is that a house cost about the same as a couple of guns...or a suit of armor

it really isnt worth my time and effort to gather the resources if i have to sell for 8K...i could make that much with items that take way fewer resources and way fewer clicks...

And that is why you don't sell for 8k. But I do and it's just one of the things you have to deal with if your an Architect.

Yeah, it pisses me off too but there is nothing we can do about it. Just sell for 15K. If someone doesn't want to buy it, fine. Tell them to buy from someone else. It takes about 2-2.5 hours to get 15K creds. It takes at least3 hours to get the 3388 resources for a house.

Ran around tonight trying to sell a small tatooine house for 15k. Fact is most players are newbs who don't even have that much money yet. All the players that aren't newbs are saving up for a factory than a house. I also met one guy who was trying to convince me that housing will only be implemented after July patch.... lol

How are you guys selling?
