Ok i posted this on the general forum but i want your ideas as an archie group

The new town halls have about 80k in materials (if my math is right)

factory runs (storage modules, power cores)

there will be a run when they first come out...how much do we charge at the beginning for them, One archie last night told me he was looking at 700k that sounds high to me (way high) what do you think. I was in the 400-500k range untell business slows down.

Most guilds of the size to think about establishing a city will probably have at least one master architect. I know my guild had two, and it will probably have a third within the next week or so. Quite frankly, I believe the market for city structures will be little to none. Cities are not introductory level things to the degree guild halls can be.

I think 500k to 700k is reasonable. Think about it you can make 2 large houses, 3 heavies for the same resources. The risk of a crit fail for the whole ball of wax is huge.

Also, most architects are going to be swamped early on, first the city hall, then a bank, then a cloning center, then cantinas. I won't be able to build anything for anyone but my city for at least 2 weeks. Each building is pretty big and I don't have that many resources.

If you are not tied to a city, capitalize on the first few weeks. After that people will be caught up with the rush and prices will drop.

but the mayor must have enough xp (and skills)and the city big enough to place most of the buildings. You have to have the votes to get the xp.

I am thinking Week 1...Town Halls

Week 2-3...More town halls, Banks...Streetlamps...Merchant tents, Gungan heads, Statues, Lamps

Week 4-5 Clone Centers, Shuttleports, Hospitals, Cantinas. more banks red streelights

My prediction, nobody is going to waist there time with player cities, maybe one or two groups. I can't imagin running to and from a player city when you need training or to get off planet or any of the other things in game cities provide for free. Not to mention the cost alone.

I also don't think the demand for these structures will be that high, considering you only need one per city and there won't be a large number of player cities probably (and there are tons of architects). I'm guessing I'll sell them for around 600k, and I'll probably end up building 1 or 2.

I'll probably start at 10 credits per resource.... Have to see exact numbers on resources, and not sure if they will change it from TC... But 700k is in that range, so that is not a bad starting point...

I think most architects will handle their pa first then sell public. I am going to sell public first. I will charge about 1 million credits. It's new, it's unique, it will be high demand, just like how the first pa's went for about a million. this is double the cost of a PA so it think I will be able to sell a few for that before I hvae to come down to about 700k.

I dont agree...different situation..

In the beginning there were many people that wanted PA halls and then only a few masters that could make them. The town center is a Level 4 construction so every master will be able to make them plus anyone else that has a level 4 construction. So rather than being one of a few on the server that can make it. You will be one of few on the planet...or on some planets one of 50 that can make.

I am not a member of a PA hall...it means fewer resources at my disposal but i dont have to make free junk for everyone. Mine will be first come first serve. I will be taking orders and getting ready in advance. my worry is that they will change the schematic. so i am hesitant to stock up on some things that may be worthless later.
