Just curious on the state of the economy here.

How are PA Hall sales for you? Good - Bad (Good being more than 2 per month, Bad being less)

How are Large house sales for you? Good - Bad (Good being more than 4 per month, bad being less)

I have never had a sale of a PA hall never even a request.

Large homes, requests but i have never sold any. no one wants to give up that many lots.

About 3 PA halls since July when I started and as far as houses. I have sold 1 large in the last 3 weeks. I get plenty of orders for harvestors though.

PA Halls ... Very Good

Large houses ... Very good.

Small houses ... Too good ( Combat classes expecting player cities )

Large Harvesters Very Good ( especially after the patch but I expect this to drop off )

That is probably about 80% of my business, I don’t do much in furniture ( I hate doing furniture )

Factories ... poor but expected for a limited market

Med harvesters ... almost non-existent, even after the patch.

By your definition

How are PA Hall sales for you? Bad

I have yet to sell a PA hall and have sold only 1 Large House since making Master architect 2 months ago.

I have had a quite a few requests but it seems thay always come back with a lower bid to which they want me to better and I refuse to get into a bidding war.

The prices I quoted have been 150k for a large and 300k for a guild hall.

PA Halls---zero...had a couple of people ask but Im not going to make one for less then 285K

Large House....Good.....I average bout 4-5 a week at 100K

Factories...very good...

Bad on both counts. I've had inquiries but no one has wanted to pay more than 75K for either structure.

just looking at the 2 you talked about:

PA halls - very good, sold about 4 or 5 in the past month

Large houses - very good, sold probably 15 or so in the past month.

all around bad, by your definition

PA Halls? Good, 2 in the last week.

Large homes? Good, 3 in the last week

Harvesters? So so. mostly mediums at ext 7

Won't build small houses, people want to pay 3 cents for them. They can bite me.

PA Halls - BAD.......Haven't had any requests for PA Halls, but know of a few people that are trying desperately sell them and the price of them on Valcyn has collapsed to around 180k (we have had a few PA's disappear of late and no one wants to loose the slots or start new PA's....its easier just to be absorbed into another PA). I have heard of lower prices being offered and know of some folks who use them a substitute for a large house - especially the folks with multiple player accounts.

Large Houses - BAD......Large Houses aren't as bad as PA Halls, but the issues are pretty much the same. No one wants or can afford to loose the 6 slots, and there is a large market for redeeded houses.The redeeded market is so badthat the price of them is stupidly low (I have seen quotes as low as 10k and I recently sold one that I have had for ages at 20k just to get rid of it).

Have to say, I don't make either of these any more and have started knocking back requests for Large Houses as they aren't worth making /shrug.

And seeing as how they never go away (ie; no DR), the market for both items is kind of saturated at the moment (ps; its getting that way for heavy harvestors as well).

PA Hall-Good. Ive sold over 2 in the last month.

Large Homes-Good. A lot more than 5 of those. Could be more onlythat some archs are undercutting.

I've sold three PA halls in the last week, and that's only because they twist my arm. I hate making them, and I can make more credits by applying those resources elsewhere (med, lg houses, and heavy harvs are the mainstay). I usually reject anyone asking me to make a PA hall. Just no interest in frying up all those resources like that for ~300k.
