Thread: Guild Hall as home?
Both guild hall and large house now take up 5 lots.
Guild halls cost twice as much to maintain.
Onenice thing about guild halls (besides the palatial interior)is that you can remove maintenance money, The guild "treasury" is actuallyjust thestructure maintenance balance, with a"withdrawal" capability. So if you are filthy rich, a guild hall should provide a way to have more liquid wealth than you otherwise could.

Are we sure that's right? I thought you get 10 lots per character. My character is currently showing 4 lots left and all I have is one large house. Wouldn't that mean a large house takes up 6 lots? I'm sure I'm wrong somewhere here. Can someone correct me?

Yes large houses and guild halls are 5 lots now.
You may need to put some maintenance into the house if you haven't done so post change. Or maybe you've got a factory or harvester somewhere that you lost track of.
Large houses should now take up 5 lots instead of 6. In order to get the lot limits redeemed please put maintenance into the house and it will credit you the remaining lots.

Are you sure you don't have a stray harvester or factory sitting around somewhere?
You might try submitting a ticket and have a CSR adjust your lots if one is truly bugged.

Interesting. I put maintenance into my home and it's still considered to be 6 lots. I am 100% certain this is the only structure I have. Why am I not getting my 1 lot back when I put in maintenance? Anyone else having this problem?
When did you put the maintenance into the building? If you just did so recently then it might take a little while for it to take effect and give you your 1 lot back.
You could try redeeding the building.
Or open a CS ticket.

Positive. Never been interested in the crafting side of the game and have never gotten into it. I leave that up to you beautiful crafters.
