Thread: Some help please
Where is the Creature Handler Trainer on Tatooine?
I need Novice Creature Handler.
Thanks for helping.
I'm at work so I don't know the exact cords, but there is' one in Espa, he's on the border of the city, not in the middle, and has a cu-pa (i believe) standing next to him. He's across from a mission term and an explorer mission term.
Hope that helps
There's two (cities and coordinates follow):
Mos Entha: 1374, 3262
Mos Espa: -2994, 2530
Enjoy, and Welcome to the community!

here are all the trainers for ch, so no offense but its not that hard to find, cmon lets stop the noobieness and get it together
I'm a casual player and close to novice BH and I've never seen a Creature Handler trainer not even one.
Thnks to everyone who was helpful.
each weapon has its uses,
Vibroblade - if you need AP, rarely use this weapon, see stun baton.
Gaffi Stick - Weapon of choice for most creatures, even taking into account armor rating, they are cheap so buy a bunch and get them sliced, used the ones sliced for speed until you get the speed modifiers, then use the ones sliced for dmg. Cheap, low ham, whats not to like.
Curved Sword - NPC's and unarmored pvp, nice wound percentage and you will rarely miss bleeds, watch out for ham costs. Get a powerup that lowers ham costs if you can.
Stun Baton - owns anyone in armor, as its stun damage and most armor is vulnerable. Negates the need for a vibroblade unless they are wearing some highly experimented tantel (who the hell bothers with that, lol). If you are rebel you will own anything in stormtrooper armor including Stormtroopers, Dark Troopers, Black Troopers, etc...etc...
Forget hurtons and tuskens they db. With a decent pet(i used a mtn. dewback mount)Run plains walker piket missions on dant using gaffi sticks cause you will wear out weapons fast doing this. Get paid 10k per mission and they don't db. You will get a total of 9 pikets in the lair for 3k-4k xp each plus 5k for the lair. You will level fast and be rich by the time you are done. Go up the footwork tree first. when you get footwork done you can dispense with the pet get some good kinetic armor and dr. buffs with all the money you made and solo the pikets. Collect the eggs and sell them. Made huge money and leveled fast.
Actually, an AP1 weapon does 25% more damage to an opponent with "Armor: none".
So if your vibro has a base damage of 80-120 (pulling numbers out of thin air), it will do 100-150 to anything without armor. Then any multipliers from specials, kinetic resist, etc adjust those numbers.
I like the vibro because it's fast (although that's less important as you go up Footwork), I enjoy the "buzzing" sound it has when it hits, and the HAM costs are pretty evenly spread out (unlike the Gaffi's health and Stun Baton's mind biases).
Some other things to consider: a good Gaffi generally has the highest damagesoit's handy for at least putting an initial bleed onto a mob since the bleed amount isn't affected by resists or armor. And many mobs have vulnerability to stun damage, so a Stun Baton will ingnore any armor they have and you don't have to worry about damage reduction from Kinetic Resist.
What I generally do is examine the creature before going into battle to check it's resists. I hit it with a bleed using a gaffi, and switch to either my damage-sliced vibroblade (if the creature has armor and/or low kinetic resists) or stun baton (if vulnerable to stun and kinetic resist above 25%). I stick mainly to status attacks (especially blind and intimidate) until I get the HAM down to about 25%, then finish it off with gaffi stick and HealthHit or meleeHit2. For humanoid enemies, I also try to get the dizzy/lunge1 combo off, but that's becoming less effective on the higher-end NPCs.
Hi, I'm a new fencer.. currently i am 0/2/0/1. At this lvl, which weapon do you think i am best off using? Right now i am using the vibroblade because of the ap 1. Should i be using anything better? Also, right now im killing huurtons on Dantooine for xp. Should I move to the Tusken fort? I am also a 3/2/2/3 ch. Thanks for any help.

i think if you can handle huurtons, you can handle tuskens. i know that i, personally, could handle tuskens easily long before huurtons stopped giving me trouble. but then, i'm half retarded. you probably will be just fine at the Fort.
