Anybody know what the best ber for a fusion is? I see alot in the forums about 14 being the top. Well i know for a fact that a ber of 27 is possible. I have 1 with the ber of 27, not sure who made it because i have it sucking up some radioactive as i type. So once i deply all the radioactive from dantoonie I'll look and see who made it. And if anyone wants to see this fusion in a trade window ill be happy to show it to you once its up and in my back pack.My in game name is NINJABOY

The 27 BER fusions are a rememnant from before an old patch to the game. You cannot make them at that rate anymore. Best you can expect to get now is 13-14 I believe (that's what I've gotten now anyway).

14 is the best BER I can get with a fusion now. That is with a Ore Mining Unit experimented to a rating of 6 and then using superior materials for the construction of the fusion itself. A 2 BER would have been possible prior to one of the last patches that changed experimentation.

Can you tell us, please, how you made this? Quality of the ore mining unit, quality of the materials for final assembly, etc?

I'll have to check. i had a buddy make it, i am currently grinding Arch now.. but he has been a master for a while..he just uses the best resources he can.. matches what's needed where. and so forth. M consern is trying to get 10ber mineral harvestors. hah!

Please do. No one else who has ever posted here has made the claim that they made a BER20 fusion within the last week, so excuse me if I take this with a little grain of salt. We have people who *also* have used the best materials possible and routinely make BER13 heavies who, using the same care and similar materials, are only able to get BER14 fusions.

I *could* believe that your buddy gave you a BER20 fusion that he made 2-3 months ago.

Well requardless of the slat. It's a 20BER. not starting anyting.. I'll ask him.. it's no claim. it's fact. I know the guy in RL and was there when he made it. and well he got a lucky wonderful assembly? what ever the highest is.. he has tried a couple of times to replicate it. but has gotten 16 i believe..send me a mail and i'll give ya his name and see what he did..

Well I'm gonna say it, BS to whoever built a BER 20 Fusion within the past week.

It's not possible, even using materials that have 1000 quality on the three primary stats.

I use stuff that is over 940 on those stats, get amazing successes every single time on the experimentation, even experimenting on wall modules, and still can't get above a 14. I think that is the cap right now.

That Fusion was built pre-patch.

He got lucky? I call double BS. I guarantee you that your buddy didn't make that 20BER fusion last week.

And as far as being cluless. yes.. crafting is new to me.. i caught the holo madness. 11 down and 21 to go. gonna finish Architech . but i'm finding i rather enjoy it.. maybe theres a code in the serial number to configure born on date? food for thought..
