Thread: *** Warning *** Garden issue.
All Medium Garden deeds named change to 'Medium Garden' and can only be placed on Corellia and Talus.
This might apply to other gardens as well. Please be careful, as you would not want to waste any other ressources.
can someone please answer a few questions for me?:
1) how many lots do the gardens take to place?
2) can these be placed at any time during a cities growth? or at each level can you place a larger garden
thanks!
Do they even take up lots??? I know they are deeds, but taking up lots?? Can't imagine you'll ever see many at if they do...
For the gardens, you choose the type on the final combine (like picking the look of a component for Weaponsmith)
Each city can have 1 + (city rank * 6) civic structures in it. So it does take up a "lot" in the city, but does not take up a lot on the character.
ANY CITY STRUCTURE PLACED BY A MAYOR TAKES 0 LOTS
Except:
Canitna
Medical Facility
Theater
Because they can be owned by players.
Archangel, any chance they'll up the amount of gardens and such in a city?
Also when you create the prototype of a garden and you have the pull down menu, the second and third selection changes the name but selecting the first item doesn't

Here's your problem:
When you craft the garden, after you assemble it but before you create the finished product, there is a selection box in the upper left. If you choose nothing, the default is a Corellian garden, which can be placed on Corellia or Talus. You need to change the garden type to the planet/style you want, then finish the final assembly. It comes out just fine. I've made a few Tat gardens this way with no problem. It's just that the default is a Corellian garden if you don't change it.
Not a bug.
