I feel a disturbance coming in the force.

It was if a million voices lights suddenly burned out,

and, then... nothing.

Double XP!!! WOOHOO!!!!!

I completely screwed up on my final respec in more ways than I have fingers to count with (\considers dropping pants to count higher), and the grinding is such a ppain.

Not to mention that I seem to have forgotten how to shoot a gun.

Why do people pay to play a MMORPG but not want to interact with other people?
Why, SOELA, why? Did the entire management join a cult, and at the same time perform home lobotomies?
It takes less time to look at the stickies than to ask a question and wait for sarcastic replies. So please oh PLEASE ask the same question many times. I enjoy the sarcastic remarks.

Yeah I'm pretty ticked off about this.

I'm dreading looking into my meditation center. I don't have time to arrange 50 little candles every 30 days. Too bad, they gave off such a nice glow.

I did notice that the wookiee totems (2 of em) from the Myyrdril Caves on Kashyyyk give off a nice constant yellowish light. I might substitute these somehow in my stuff.

True, we may actually think of constant light sources (as I mentioned torches and glowingitems and such)now better than replacing tons of them.

There was a thread here if they should be off after time limit for a recycling income to architects but really I don't believe people will replace their lights every 30 days if they really have nothing better than to do.

Geez, it took more than 3 days for me to have a nice , non-flickering lightning per my houses and now, thinking of it makes me sad and no intention to replace them. I would really replace my "decoration only" lights if HOUSE was not THAT much darker than Dathomir itself.

Wait, am I mission something ... were not lights intended to have a "lifetime"? Are new lights not lighting or is it just lights that have reached their "lifetime" burning out? If lights are just burning out at the end of their lifetime, isn't that a good thing? Crafters, start your factories!

Question: If every two weeks you had to replace your house lights and you could only do a complicated procedure of putting the light down and moving it to the location the old one was in would you choose a less elaborate light (torch/streetlamp) and not bother replacing ever?

The fear we have is that people will fall back onto torches as their light source and sales will drop in the long term.

NB: Any comments I make on TC code can and often do change
before they reach live and may not reach live at all, please read my
comments with that in mind.

ok ... I did not think about that ... yes, that will be a total pain

/wishful thinking on

How about adding "light bulbs" to crafted items and being able to just replace the bulb without moving/removing the light?

/wishful thinking off

Ya' like that is going to be high on the developers list!

Sometimes, something that started as a bug becomes 'working as intended' over time.

For instance, did you know that factories were originally only supposed to be able to do a run of 100 items at a time? 1000 was a bug, but it stuck.

I'm not an arch, but speaking as a customer, I'm afraid I'm pulling all the archy lights out of my shop, unfortunately. Repositioning them all every month would just be too painful.
