Looking for someone to sell me a PA Hall in the Flurry Galaxy on Naboo (Keren). Curious as to average cost, I hear it's generally about 500k, but was wondering about that. Please let me know.

Actually, its not that bad.. a guildhall takes 55768 resources. I'm sure you can find one of the many master architects available for 3 credits a resource (a bit high but still considered the going rate)

So you should be good for under 200k.. if you have another account consider picking up 2.. they make great storage areas..

dont get ripped off.. there a lot of people that think they should be 500k.. but it doesn't take them hardly any time at all to make it.. just a bunch of tapping the mouse button type gimmick..

500K is generally the going rate on a PA Hall.

A PA Hall is more than the sum total of the units of resource. Until you build one yourself, you are not qualitied to tell a Master Architect how hard it is to build one.

I've been pricing my PA halls at 400k, I haven't had a buyer yet, making all the identical partsright now.Have enough to make 2 PA halls, not sure if I want to wait for a buyer so I know which type to buildor make them now and see if I fail or not.

Man those identical parts are a pain to make, made a ton of power and energy modules cause I don't want to go through that again the turbines are killing me, out of reactive gas for it.

I put enough res in for 8 power cores, expecting to get 6 back, should be sufficient for now.

Is this in the Flurry Galaxy? I'd definately be ready to pay 400k instead of 500k.

If there are any architects on Chilastra charging under 500k for a PA hall, please let me know. Can probably provide some of the resources required.

55768 resources yes. But consider in all the extra schematics you have to make to build one.

I dont know who you think is getting ripped off here but its more than just a bunch of tapping the mouse type gimmicks, its thousands of typing the mouse type gimmicks that gives you a pain in the hand and wrist and arm that makes it worth it to those of us who have made it to Master Status. Not to mention the pain of maintaining harvesters and chasing resources during rollovers (which are constand and a pain in the butt).

Until you have made it to Master Architect you dont have a clue in the world what you are talking about buddy. I originally thought your pricing plan was pretty fair at 3 credits per resource. Then I got swamped by orders for this and that and everyone wanted it now. Well there just isnt enough resources to keep everyone happy and so what we have here is what is called the Law of Supply and Demand.

10 people want PA halls and they all want it now. So the price goes up. Why? Because we can? No because that is how the system works. Why should I sell to you at 3 credits per resource when I can sell to someone who is willing to pay for it now at 5 to 7 credits per resource?

And when those who are willing to pay what its worth are taken care of there are always PA members needing harvesters and houses and furniture and nicknacks so why should I then sell to someone who doesnt care for what it is we had to go thru to make them a PA hall?

I know that there are a lot of credits out there floating around from all the Endor and Dathomir missions that people are taking (and making really good money on) so why is it everyone will pay premium for their weapons but shaft an architect even when they ask for a measly 3 credits per resource used?

If you dont like the prices good luck finding someone to make your hall for ya.

I charge 450k myself, just because that's what I have to get to feel like it was worth my time - it's not fun. Other architects do it cheaper, and that's cool too if they're happy with what they get for it.

Last night, a guy (can't remember his name) asked me how much to build a PA hall, I told him 450k. He says "I have a guy who will do it for 300k" so I said "cool :-)"and continued on my business. Grats to the 300k guy, right? Then he sends me a tell and says "If we give you the 300k now, will you do it now and we'll pay you the rest over time?". *snicker* Mmmhmmm....anyway, I said "why would you pay me more if you have a guy that will do it for less?". All he said was "nvm" and I didn't hear from him again. A little while later, I'm standing near the medical center talking to someone anda differentguy - Rendar Dash was the name - comes running up to me, calls me names, spams me with about 50 slap messagesand said I charge too much for a PA hall, which I thought was weird. Why are they so mad at me for what I charge if they have someone who is doing it for cheaper? Turns out they were going around telling people that I ripped their PA off. What?! He asked how much, I told him, he didn't like it, end of story.

So...if I'm going to put up with this kind of nonsense, I want to get paid for it!

lol Silani, that's hilarious. It's a good thing you didn't make a Hall for them, people that like shouldn't be running guilds.

I'm not an architect (or an artisan for that matter), but my 2 cents is that Halls in particular need to be marked up in the case of a critical failure. After having gathered the resources for 2 Halls I can understand how it can be devestating to lose all that material in one keystroke.
