I charge well over the normal price of Architects, and I sell and earn a lot.

Why? Because I have a bussiness strategy that I keep to.

And how much do I charge?

For novice furniture, 2000cr and then about 5000cr for level 4 furniture.Give or take a few increases here and there, for the top furniture (the white stuff) I charge a 10k / piece or so.I earn a lot! For heavy hearvesters I take about 150,000cr, and the same with large houses.

I sell good, I might not sell the most but I probably earn the most because of my high prices.

But why do people buy from me even though I have a lot higher prices than other architects?

Because my business strategy is to always have MORE than enough furnitures and harvesters on my vendor. I currently have about 400 pieces of furniture (almost all furniture too, not just 400 of one) and about 100 deeds on my vendor. When people is in need of a deed or furniture they *know* I will have it, instead of spending 15 minutes travelling to a cheaper vendor that *might* have what they looking for they take the safe ride and go to my vendor, but they pay more for it.

Sure, it takes a lot more of my time to make sure everythings restocked about daily, but with 3 factories running with furniture (and harv components / structural modules) it is no problem.

In my opinion you can't just say "I gonna charge more" and not give any more in return, I charge more but people know that I will have over 400 furniture and every deed they will ever want on my vendor - They pay for that knowledge.

And I earn a lot.. more than a lot. And people earn time from not having to run to a *might*-have-it-vendor.
