Semo was a child and acted like an idiot, but on the other hand he paid you for something and you replyed by adding him to ignore and not giveing him his money back, then come to complain about him on the forum, if I ever see him, I wont deal with him, if I ever see you, I wont trust you with my credits.
So er, Im more on your side then Semos.. but still....

Must admit after reading most of this thread that I think you are in the wrong..
Non-refundable deposit or not, I'd either tip him money back of give him the hall and collect the remainder of the PA hall cost.
I personally would never do this and if a sum was tipped to me after I'd already told them NO then I'd tip it back (maybe minus the 5%)
I see that this guy was a arse and deserves a /ignore but your would be better off for your reputation and business to give the 100k back..
Reputation is all in business and PA halls are easy to sell.

I am Architect and if someone makes special request I do almost like Manipulative. I tell them when I can make it and if they don't like it I say sorry look for another architect. Don't need thestress. Now for large items like PA's and City Halls I require full payment up front and I say when product will be completed. Idont take any money if I do not have the resources available to make customers request. Unless they provide what Iam missing at that moment. Now if they dont have whatI need, then I wait when I have the materialsready. If they still wantitem, then I require full payment up front PA's and City Halls only!Resale on items like this are nearly impossible.
People seemed so surprised at how may resources it takes to create these larges Structures. It takes nearly 93,000 resouces to create a City Hall, with factory made parts. PA is around 78,000. But that does not take into account the failures that could occur and DO ! So add 15% to that. As it always seems to be Walls that Critical. Though since last fix I can now factory make walls. Also take into consideration that people charge 5cp for minerals or if you are mining thatlowgrade ore,yourself, they are never above 65% when extracting them. It takes days to get enough lowgrade to create a PA or worse City Hall. That is If the Architect devotes all of what lots he has left to just mineral machines.
Though I agree with most that this deal was bad from buyer and poor on Architect. PA should have been made. Then offered to individual when completed, for the difference. Though I would not have taken any money until I had the resources, as I stated. Makes for cleaner/pleasant transactions.
