It isn't really true that no one is willing to pay much for houses.I was in coronet today and someone was looking for an architect, he was offering 100k for a small house.

Actually, even at 100k that's still less than 30 cpu.A lot of items sell for 40-60 cpu and some for up to 100 cpu.So 100k for a small house isn't really that much.

Someone that has money to burn, *needs* or really really wants a house NOW, and either doesn't know they're on the bazzaar for 5-6k or the bazaar happens to be currently empty of houses.

Why would someone want a house so quick that they'd pay a ridiculous price rather than spending a little time to look around on vendors? Who knows. They may have gotten sick of looking and decided they'd rather pay 100k than spend another minute trying to find one. There are a lot of empty or poorly stocked vendors out there.

There are definitely players with enough money that 100k is really nothing at all to them.

Or I have already visited the bazzar and bought all small houses on the bazzar to restock my vendor.

Wll I sell mine for 15K, 85 for med, and 160 for large.

The arch in the tent next door to me sells everything lower than I do. I sell out in hours he has stuff sit for weeks. He's even accused me of cheating. The thing you have to remember is that on the whole customers think, more expensive = better quality.

If they never did arch they don't know that quality means nothing. I have also found if I put a % in the title they sell even quicker. (I don't fudge the numbers) It works awesome on most things.

Or they don't care.If i need something, as a customer why should I care what skill level is required to make it.If I need a house and it can be made by a novice.Even that novice should be able to sell his house for more than he could sell the resources.

12k for my small houses, 15k for generics.

The other day some guy sent me a tell but I was afk. When I got back and replied that my small houses were 12k, he said that he found another Architect who sold him one for............. 3 K !! ...... **edit**

I've been buying small houses off the bazzar for a few weeks now and it seems that mabey those makers have taken the hint and stopped seeling for 6k. Cause I am seeing less and less of them on the bazzar. Of course I may just be getting beaten to the punch

I buy every 6k house in sight and resell it for 12k.

I do the same thing, except at 10k. I figure the less there are of them, the more people will have to buy them at the 10k price.
