I've heard that only people who could place a cantina can have one transferred to them (master musician/dancer/chef). But you've gotta do what you've gotta do, so if you've gotta destroy the cantina, don't feel too bad about it. I'd give the city a reasonable amount of time to find someone to take it, and then say 'well, too bad, i'm moving on with my life'. You are, after all, the owner.

True - only a master dancer, master musician or master chef can own a cantina. And just to clarify, you can only place a cantina in a player city. So, unless you are moving to a different planet where your cantina style won't place, you could just pick that one up and take it with you. You own it after all. I would give the city leaders notice and a reasonable amount oftime to find a replacement though - either way you decide to go.

i agree with kirah_ashlin ... just pick up the cantina and move ...and as the others have said, givethe leaders of tht city a heads up ...

I believe so I forgot which town it was But I seen a town with two cantinas one was a private club and one was a public.

You can have as many cantinas as you want in the city as long as they are placed by a Master Dancer/Musician/Chef. Since they take "lots" they don't really count as a city structure item.. more the home of whoever places it

Fattell has that, although there are 3 actually. We just gota second dropped to make it nicer (buff-bot by the port so we don't have to have a bot sully the other cantina...the owner,friend of mine,hates 'em

) If you were a city made entirely out of entertainers it could have nothing but cantinas and theatres if you wanted. Would make for an interesting skyline, and a lot more realistic for Corellians

An entertainer city would have to have a name akin to Viva Las Vegas or Monte Carlo or Atlantic City etc....
Aurora is planning to drop another cantina to use as our mall, since our original mall was placed by a player that has since left the game.

I'm doing a bit of decorating a cantinafor someone, but have never worked in a cantina until now. Does anyone know the item capacity of a Cantina? I assume 250 since it requires 5 lots (right?), and the normal rule is 75 items per lot with a cap at 250 items. Anyone know if that is right?

It is. My friend's was bugged a bit and he got it up to 260 once although that could be due to the placement instead of the structure.

Its also in the FAQ.
Q-7.5: How much storage do the Cantina, Med Center and Theatre have?
A-7.5: The Cantina can hold 250 items and the Med Center or Theater both hold up to 225 items. It follows the same 75 items /lot with 250 maximum rule as other housing.
