My apologies to Dayln, I mispelled your name in my previous post a few time.

Here is what I think they should do:

Mechanic: Chassis, Engine, and Final Combine

Droid Engineer: Control Unit

Tailor: Fabric cushion stuff (insides)

Architect: Generator Turbine

Armor Smith: Metal Plating

Weaponsmith: OPTIONAL mounted weapons

1% chance of addition:

Smuggler: Vehicle Lock System Slicing...

I really like the ideas stated by Mattdacomputerguy, but I don't think it would work out to well in game. The artisan would have to pay each of the other professions for the part they make, but in the end the artisan is really the only one making any money. I'm sure artisans could sell vehicles for far more than the price they paid for all of the items required to build one. Hopefully they'll surprise us all and make it where you need the assistance of 4 or 5 different professions to make these things.

Notice I completely left out the Artisan form the list.

An Artisan Created the basic stuff... Chance cubes, CDEFs... Well, what I mean is the "Mechanic" really should be the proffession who does the "Final Combine"! (Puts all parts together into the final object). Drodi Engineer, Architect, and Armorsmith would make some components. Does anoyne like the idea of armor plating made by Armorsmiths? Higher quality makes more durable vehicles?

The thing is, the Artisan can make basic structures, basic weapons and basic armor. It fits perfectly with the basic vehicles. Who's to say there won't be more advanced ones or ever a class for making starships?

Why dont they just change the Droid Engineer name to something like Mechanical Engineer and then toss in the vehicles?
