Thread: Factory refuses to make stuff?
I just realized this morning that, I had placed 70k of Low-Grade Ore with the corresponding amount of steel slated for 350 structure mods before going to bed last night. I wake up, and just as luck would have it, it stopped at 100 like everyone else's.
The weird thing is, I got a "ran out of ingredients message" and my ore is gone? so where's my 250 extra structural mods?
That brings my grand total of loss to 33 wall mods worth of structure mods...
I sure picked a good time to return to architecture <sigh>

Thank god this product went though a good, solid beta phase so that we consumers wouldn't be paying for an unfinished, unprofessional and bug ridden piece of programing. I'd like to see a company that makes tax software come out with "oh, were sorry that our program dosnt' work as promissed, leave a ticket and we'll get right back to you" as a response for wasting customers time while they fix their product. Mistakes happen.. sloppy programing and preplanning SHOULDN'T happen. If this was a graded effort in a classroom enviroment, somebody would be repeating a year.
Hate to be repetitive, but same problem here on Intrepid. Made 100 strucuture mods. Factory stopped. Started it again, it made another 100, and it stopped. Now, it just eats the material to make one and stops, producing nothing.

as usual, the devs are dropping the ball. They "fixed" house storage immediately (making large houses useless in one fell swoop), and are totally ignoring our burning useless factories. I can't begin to understand why they haven't evenacknowledged this problem days after the patch. GET TO IT.

To the reason why the factories stop at one hundred items, I am still researching the issue and will post when I find a work around.
