Thread: What DO YOU, the ARCHITECTS consider is a good price
How about factories? What are those selling for?
Im fine with spending 15-20k on a small house, but i have a major problem with the way some architects are charing "If you supply hte resources". I assume that since your not providing the resources, you probbably dont have them, so if you fail on a part, or even critical fail on the whole house, do i get a house ? , sure dont. You may want to be careful with doing htings on the fly without a massive backup of resourced, if you critically fail with your OWN resources you can just say you dont have enough to complete the sale, sorry. But if you do with another persons, then their still gonna expect a house from you, and thats generally not good business
. Anyway thats my thoughts on selling something you dont hold in your hands.
We operate lthe only way I know. We harvest our own materials, we assemble them and then we sell the deeds as people ask for them.
We run a constant back order and make a profit right now. I can't imagine asking for cash up front, the damage to a reputation on a fail is too great. It only takes one grived customer to ruin business.
For people we know we have made 2 homes for provided materials at no cost... but if we had failed... well anyway I like to do it I would in reality.

The problem for Architects are fellow architects who feel they should practically give away things just to level up. It was the same for artisans when people were giving away Bone Armor. It's just ridiculous. I saw 2 small houses on the Bazaar! THE BAZAAR! 3000 Credits, less than 1c per Resource.. that is insane. But some people just care about leveling.. luckily these are the people who will get bored with the game the fastest.

Selling houses for 15k on Tatooine, North of Mos Espa, on the Chilastra Server.
To be honest though I am an architect not to sell houses (I have everything else to IV but buildings) but because that is the best profession to help my friends and PA mates since like other architects I appreciate the inherent value in being able to build the infrastructure upon which the players stand.
