I saw it, what is the big deal? So I burn some resoruces... with the new extraction rates it is not like it is a real big deal. I am pulling resoruces so fast now that I am seriously worried about the speed at which we can flood the market with everything.

80k burned to set down a town hall will not hurt me much.

Do the residences have to do anything or can any unknown politician walk into a group of any 5 random houses and dump a town hall on them becoming mayor and crank up taxation?

900+ meters does not sound like a lot, until you consider that people will look for choice locations. if two town halls are placed 1600 meters apart then no one can build one between them. and of course that also means 1000 meters from a city. I still expect to see nor more than 6 on a planet but we will see.

unknown polititians can set up...If he sets up a house and declairs it his primary residence.

Ittakes 5 residences (people who claim the home as their primary residence) to form a city, within a 150m radius.

That clinches it, I am going to set down Town hall at our remote location the first moment I can, Just to protect our community from others doing so.

I need to start talking to our neibours, we have a quiet little community in a nice remote location with very limited building area, I think we want to keep it that way.

Just to make Rheet feel better I will charge myself 1 million forthe hall , can I pay that by check?

The problem is the trading screen, I don’t know how to open a trading screen to myself, maybe i will put the Town Hall on my vendor for 1,000,000 and then buy it from myself.

I am not kidding about placing one now though, Where we live there is a very limited number of places you can build things, I am going to put a defensive town hall in the middle of it. Just to keep other towns form sprouting within a thousand meters of us. With our building limitation I think we can keep it a little place. If I have to move my PA hall to do it, so be it.

There are currently only about15 people that live there, I don’t think there is room for much more. By switching to smaller houses we can make room for the minimal stuff we will want there. and we can keep from expanding because very few people will be able to live close to the hall.

Most cities will be formed by guilds... these guilds will most likely have a master architect.. i dont see urban planner as bringing more business into the architect profession, becasue not every tom **edit** and harry can start a town like they can place harvesters or houses. Each planet will have limited cities. If each planet could only have 10 PA halls, would you expect to sell a lot of PA halls?

But if someone wanted to buy one from me, it would indeed be in the 1million range. Its a one time purchase and you get a town out of it. Its not ONE person purchasing this... this is a group of people making a town.. take that group of say 5 people (more than likely it will be more than 5 ppl) bring them to dathomir and run the easy 25k missions.. 2 missions per person, 250k total for that group a run... is 4 complete missions runs too much to ask for a building that will make their village a town?

Heaven forbid we make them work for 3 hours or so to get a city hall ? : )

Yeah!!!! Not only do I get the 3300% profit for the sale to myslef but also I can tax myself to soak back all the money I had to spend but buy it.

What a win-win deal this is !!!!!

( I hope you are not kidding about the 30k a day upkeep, if that was true then I dont have to set one down, I dont have to worry about it, no one can actually place one near us anyway, this is all moot, but a whole lot of fun, thanks guys )
