you can also put up one of your titles achieved by completing a tree. Engineer is popular. Hang out near artisan trainers and ask anyone that comes near if they need training. also check near bazaar where noobs are buying resources to grind.

A great way to get app xp is to train someone in ranged 1 over and over. Most riflemen, carbineers, and pistoleers will have lots of combat xp and you will be able to train them in ranged 1 of marksmenover and over.

Or you can just put up a tag like engineer or surveyor and hope for someone to find you on a search for training.

The problem nowadays is that everyone is using there extra xp to convert it at the village. If you look around you should be able to find people to train though.
