The 45.0 stations being talked about were during the "one day crafting special" on Tuesday. Before that, and after that, you would need 1000 resources to get that.

On Tuesday, different experimentation rules were in effect that made it possible to hit 100% with 900 materials (maybe less) on a single line if you had enough experiment points.

The downside of the rule was that you really needed to use all your points on a single line to get a decent result. Anyone with less than Master+skilltapes was not going to getacceptable results onmore than oneline. Not a big problem for Arch, but deadly for most professions.

There were BER 14 heavies and other good things made that day.

Yeah I know, pumping out a 100 of those 14s now. I have 100% everything, even the droid storage units, but the steel on starsider was never good enough to 95%, which you need to get to 100%. That is using some very nice resources in the other areas too, but the best combo on steel is 440/996. Still doesn't get there. It normally lands at 87%, so getting up to 95% is pretty good. Only a couple of people were able to do the 45s and they were doing 44s before, so it is not surprising they go there with that screwed up system.
