I had another question that I didn't think of while looking at the amazing pictures.

How in the heck do you catch a friggin' fish?!

I've been fishing for hours and aside from having to forage all my own bait because noone sells it, I've yet to catch a fish. Does anyone have any tips for what order to do commands or what not? I don't seem to have any problems finding good spots, I just can't do anything but lose my bait.

Thanks in advance,

Yeah, I've been making these things for a few weeks on Lowca now. My current waiting list is 20 people long or so with me doing about 1-2 per day for 20-50k. Resources used ranged from 4000 to 6000 units per display. 30-60 items per display including fish or animals.

And the "roof" is made of the first couch schematic we get. They look nice from the bottom and are lower on item count but a bit ichy looking from above, imo.

Awesome idea.. I had to try my own. Was the most fun I've had with my architech in a long time.

I made a HUGE fish tank and I have to say it was some of the best 8 hours I have spent on this game. It was fun trying to manipulate everything around and making it look just right. I only have a medium house so because of the tank the only room that is decorated is the main room as you walk into my shop. If you guys want to check it out...I"m on bria server at WP 1944 -5002 out of Mos Eisley. I took some screen shots...but I don't have a server to post them to.

I had a TON of fun doing this...just wish it wouldn't have taken all my storage spaces =- )

The fish tank idea just shows how creative SWG players can be. I hope the devs take this creativity to heart and create up and down commands plus give us a bunch of basic materials such as rocks, bricks, boards etc. and let us construct what we want fromour imaginations.

I made quite a large one in my large house/shop. It's taken up quite a bit of item space and I had to move my workshop into another structure but it's been worth it. I'm almost as well known for how nice my shop is as I am for the things I craft! Just last night I was standing at the bank on Rori and someone yelled my name, I didn't recognize it but figured it was an old customer. They came up and asked me if I was the Haven that had the really nice shop on Corellia, they had stopped by on the insistance of a friend and really liked it. That made it all worth while. =)

People are constantly telling me to submit a screenshot to SWG for screenshot of the day and I just refer them back to here to see the original creator...I didn't invent the idea so I'm not going to take credit for it. =)

I had a botanical garden too filled with BE creatures but it had to go to make room for the fish tank!

Woah woah woah.

I'm speechless. These are so beautiful... I need a larger house now

Maybe I'll turn my fishhead friend into an interior decorator

Wow. Exceptional stuff there ... lot's of patience involved in placing that much stuff with such precision. More than I got that's for sure

I can't help but wonder how miffed people are gonna be when the designers put a ready made fish tank in the game

I have a medium sized Naboo house. There is an inset in the wall down at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. Burgundy has a couple of trees in there and a small potted plant. It looked some much like an aquarium in the wall that I expected to see fish in it. So I did the same thing in mine, but I did put small fish in plus a large potted plant to hide my torch's flame. It worked! Instant aquarium!

I used simple but effective components on mine. I used two normal structure blocks...one on floor as a base and the other vertically high enough to give room for the aquarium 'space'. Four wooden staffs named 'Aquarium' provided the vertical corner poles (good idea to rename everything to Aquarium or related names). I used a Stim-B on the left side as an 'Aquarium Filter'. It also hid the more common look of the structure block side and added a nice copper tube effect along with nice designs and the red liquid helped with the water simulation. I also 'wedged' in seeker robot at the top which floated up and down like it was floating and performing some aquarium service. The best fish for this space were a striped and blue fish. I placed one of the plants strategically along with numerous foraged green plants and flora appropriate for the effect. This whole kit is fairly inexpensive and easy to duplicate.I have had to make several Aquarium kits for my friends already.

My current project is building a 'pizza oven' for a chef. Using structure blocks...torches...will let ya know how it turns out.

My thanks to the devs for providing such great building blocks...now if we just had a 'Z' dimension tool so we didn't have to use the stairs...heh.

Thanks to everyone who posted...just thought I would share some of my own ideas.

I appreciate all the great comments and I'm happy others are trying these as well, I've built about 8 tanks for people on ahazi and just last night finished my masterpiece... a 2 story tall tank in a Naboo medium. If you know the house, picture the circle on the floor as the footprint of the aquarium. It was the toughest one to date, taking nearly 10 hours to get everything lined up right and nearly 70 item count. Since it is in my furniture shop showroom, I need to try the other end of the spectrum and do a tank as small as possible, then I can post screenshots of both.

Another nice addition I make to my aquariumsis a wall mounted data terminal named "Aquarium ife Support" and mount it next to the tank.
