Why not just add a 'branch' rather than a whole tree?

From Master Architect, provide a 4-tier advancement in City buildings with the Title 'Urban Planner' as a top, 5th tier? Total cost: 15 skill points (5+4+3+2+1)

I definitely agree with you, and /disagree with the petition. This a least would give some use to the so far completely useless construction branch.

I see a compromise here.

USEFUL buildings for Masters. Still gives Novices plenty of fountains to make.

I don't think Novices should get any of the Municipal Construction schematics.

My suggestions:

Construction I: benches, lightposts, outdoor planters

Construction II: exterior walls, fountains, generic mission terminals

Construction III: lowest building, specialist terminals, towers

Construction IV: next lowest building, arches, pavement sections

Master: everything else

I think were seeing a general consense that City Buildings should be in master, and the contruction tree should have better experiment/assembly points along with simple town decorations like lights, benches, pavement/roads/sidewalks, trees, signs, walls/fences, etc.... just something so the branch doesnt seem completly pointless.

I want Urban Planner back =(
