Thread: PETITION:Urban Planner Buildings Only for Master Architects
Forget Master Architect, put Urban Planner back in!! Now EVERY person that wants those city buildings is going to just skill back up to Master since they dropped it after getting their guild hall and ruining the economy when we started this f&*()in sh*&!!!!!!!!
Devs, do you NEVER play this game? What the he** is your problems? Why can't we have anything special?????? Whatever, I am so sick of this crap, the 4 million dollars we're giving you per month should be paying for a much nicer and larger design team.
"Then you can make andplace your structures! That, definatly is a plus, especially if you become attached to the city your building up and don't want someone to come along and make it go bankrupt and you can have complete control of how your city does and how it progresses."
Not true, as I understand it, elections will be held every week, don't expect your delusions of granduer to be filled lol.
"Put all under Master Architect etc..., to distingiush the true archs from the others"
Hmmm, well, had I focused only on Arch I would have been Master by now. Hate to say it but Mastering Architecture is definitely one of the easier professions. All that you need to do isrunmissions, buyresources, andrun a craft macro. Now profit margin comparison is a different story.

There should be items available at each level of Construction. This gives the branch much greater use. I have no problem with the best items being saved for Master, but not all of them.
I agree that the more "important" items should be placed at Master.
However, I think the lesser stuff should be in Construction... else it remains a worthless line.

Use construction tree to add + assembly and + experimentation points.
Hehe, I do realize that there is a risk to my dreams of grandeur and there is an eventuality that someone may come in and be voted up, yet I'd feel more certain of my position in my city if i were to be both. Who to more likely vote for? A well experienced politician/urban planner who knows the ropes and has done nothing but good for the city? Or the new guy who just took up politician and hopes to lasso this great, established city, in hopes to see what it's like to be in the seat of power for a week? And with choosing this new guy comes a risk that the populace would be concerned with as to what his intentions are with the city... So yes, there are some risks, but risks have to be taken in order to succeed and flourish.

Good thing they scrapped Urban Planner, the only thing not needed is another useless profession
I agree howerver and I am sure that this is how its planned that the important and big buildings to be at Master level.
so, Cityhall, shuttelport etc will be master levele, cantinas medcenters at lvl IV (for example Construction IV if they will be using this line) and smaller -easier structures like parks foundains at lvl II-III while subcomponents for the larger buildings could be at lvl I-II
I agree it's debatable if scarping Urban Planner was a good idea, but the issue here is that as of right now it is scrapped... where should the structures go? I think nothing less than being a master architect would be sufficent compensation for scraping the elite elite.
