Thread: What price do you value a City Hall at?

Now take the rest of the leap into the real world and the biggest thing that affects your price, is your competitors price.


I have not figured price per resource unit in a long time now, all my prices are based to be 20% or more less than my average competitors prices. I only check back on per resource to make sure I am still making a profit.


As far as town halls go, the demand for these is going to be tiny, figure 500 architects and just maybe 30 or 40 town halls tops. If someone approached me for a town hall I just might make it for them for free, as a part of a package to make other town buildings for them.


Procter and Gamble once build an entire national distribution center for Wal Mart as a gift, even staffed it for them. All in the name of future sales.
