I would say that architech is a very profitable buisness to take up. I used about 10 million from my doctor to get started. I have made atleast 150 million and enoguh to start a sucessfull chef business also. I dropped mastrer artisan and some hring in merchant to get chef. Now I am a 12pt architech and a 12pt chef what could be better. Granted I spend days on this toon setting up factories just to make products but its not to bad at all. AMEN on the post here about OMU;s not being crated it puts a damper on my Heavy Minerals but I still make it. Smart usage of the factories and its no biggie. Furniture I think is some of the most useless stuff in the game as it never decays and lights never burn out as long as you dont move them after the 30 or what ever days has expired. I have lights still burning form the first day I made them. Great for my lgiht but bad for my pocket book. Lets all hope they add some color to our lives ion this buisness and take a look at us but i have a feeling with the Combat unblanace they will look at chef WS and AS's before we get another look. Good luck out ther e guys make those harvs for the CU and all will be well.

My letter is not about our ability to make credits. It is about our ability to enjoy our profession and our never-ending quest to try and grab the attention of a member of development to help us out. Yes there are other professions in more dire need of work. The point is that those professions have at least had communication with development and are at least planing a solution. We in the architect profession have 0 attention from devs and 0 to look forward to. We are clueless as to the future of our profession and our issues. That is what I would like to change.

That is the point of my letter.

Not credits.

I agree completely.

I was disheartend greatly to find that our missing white Master Cabinet had been reassigned as loot and not as a craftable item.
How dissapointing.

Not to mention that the first teir (tin) Armoire has yet to show up as loot or as a craftable item.

i certainly didn't become an arch to make money. I did it cause my guild needed an arch and it looked like it was a fun challenge. In the process of becoming a good arch (and resource seller) yea i've made money, but wheres the fun? the challenge? the pride in the work?

Nobody walks into someones house and asks 'wow who made your house?' but you bet your wookiee they'll ask 'nice weapon, who made it?'

There is nothing that ties us to our work, we are essentially background members of the universe.

All I wanna do is build. Give me more things to build. Shoot. Even variations in styles and colors would make me happy. I started a new account just so I could be an architect again.
