Thread: Serious post on the future of an Architect.
Thank you all,
I have appreciated your candid feed back on these issues.
Ihave made a List of all the things my guild and I may/will need for the game. I figure I will make these, then begin scuttling my points as I drift to another artisan profession.
I figure I wil make 3 Fusions and 6 Solars for power.
10 heavy and 20 medium mineral havres
2 heavy 4 medium chems
2 heavy 4 medium wates
2 heavy 4 medium floral
2 heavy 2 medium gas.
3 of each factory , except for structure.
no small houses, they are cheap enough I can buy them, unfortunatly
10 mediums and 5 Large for guild expansion.
Does this list Look about right?
I know I will be able to buy more later, but want to get something for all the time/money/resources I dumped into my training.
thanks again,
Lazurk
I think there will be a bit more of a demand for PC structures than some, in particular cantinas, med centers (maybe) and merchant tents as those are place by individual players rather than mayors and thus are owned and purchased by those players.
I'm still enjoying myself, I just do different things to keep it interesting instead of doing nothing but grinding out harvesters all day.
Hi,
thats basically the problem for most of us, when youre a master, youre bored. Almost every PA has its PA-Architect and those start to drop the Architect cause they are sick of doing all the stuff for their guild for nothing. If youre a free architect you dont get customers cause PA-Players have their guildies and others think the architects are all rich men and should hand them out structures for free.
The one and only reason why I am still an architect is....well....I dont know.
Read ya.
My business is still quite brisk, but I may not be on the same server as you. But I know there will come a day when I am in the same boat as you. Alas it is the state of our business that everything we sell lasts forever, repeat customers only repeat so much, once they have everything they want, the don’t buy anything else.
Throttle me if you want, but as you well know I am a low price seller for this very reason. Rather than throttling each other lets band together to support structure decay of some sort.
