My brother, Tangnt, just lost two factories stocked with the best resources for Doctor. Currently on Sunrunner these materials are irreplacable, and the quantities lost makes the potential value of the loss devastating. At this point, reading your experiences leaves me with little hope for his plight. I cannot imagine how the CSRs can be so dismissive. The interesting part is, Tangnt had paid his maintenance the previous day, and suddenly poof, they are gone.
