Using 37,334 resources, not to mention the sub-component factory runs, that's selling your large houses for 2.41 cpu. At the very best mining and factory work is going to cost out at 1.2 cpu for the various materials there.

That's an awful lot of work for1 to 1.5ish cpu profit at best IMHO.

Ditto - I am about the same price as you on bloodfin except I can still get 10K for sm. naboo and 12K for small generic planet houses.

Well since I've dropped Architect, I guess I have no use for this list anymore, so I'll post it here.

Basically what I did for the list was compute the last column first. It's # of resources * 4 cpu. Then I tack on some 'profit' after that, generally in the range of 30-70k.

Structure - Price - Resources x 4 cpu:

Guild Hall - 300k - 223k
Hospital - 150k - 130k res
City Hall - 400k - 330k res
Cantina - 170k - 150k res
Bank - 70k - 54k res
Garage - 120k - 100k res

Large House - 170k - 150k res
Medium House - 55k (never did it for this)
Small House - 12k (never did it for this)
Factories - 55k (never did it for this)

Small Garden - 70k - 54k res
Medium Garden - 160k - 136k res
Large Garden - 250k - 220k res

BER13 Mineral - 160k - 112k res
BER13 Gas - 170k - 91k res
BER13 Chem - 140k - 99k res
BER13 Flora - 140k - 99k res
BER14 Fusion - 150k - 104k res
BER13 Water - 50k - 33k res

BER10 Mineral - 30k - 15k res
BER10 Chem - 70k - 50k res

Power Unit Core - 15k - 10k res
