How much do you think i should sell my naboo large house for.

It really depends on the pricing on your server and what you feel is a reasonable price. I sell Naboo Larges on Valcyn for 130k and they sell very well. I could probably go higher, but I feel that its a good price and I personally do not feel like I'm losing money.
I also use the Architect Calculator (from swgcraft.com) to determine decent prices (based on CPU and markup%).

Anywhere from 100K - 150K is reasonable - if the player can support a large house then they have lots of credits 
Of course there is an economy and a market that is specific to your server so check around at some vendors in the area who register as "Housing" or just search for other Architects on your server and ask them how much they sell for-

Wow Id get laughed right outta business on bloodfin for those prices.
Going rate here is:
Large: 100k
Meds: 50k
Small: 10k
Small Naboo: 8k
Guildhalls go for 300k

I too sell for 150K. I sell mediums for100K and smalls for 30K or less. A good rule of thumb is about 5cpu.

Here is my pricelist and what I see around me on Shadowfire for an average:
Generic Guildhall: 225k (avg. 250-300k)
Other Guildhall: 215k (avg. 225k-275k)
Large: 140k(avg. 120k-200k)
M. Generic: 60k(avg. 60k-100k)
Mediums: 55k(avg. 60k-100k)
Small: 9k(avg. 6k-15k)
Not to say there aren't some selling higher or lower, but my prices around on the average-low side, and I can't keep houses on the vendors.
