Thread: CAPACITY ON LARGE HARVS AT 12,000? What going on here!@#!
It looks like a bug ... but you never know
here are my observations:
1. All oldplaced (placed before patch)medium harvesters and solar generators had 50k capacity
2. One Medium mineralthat was placed before patch and re-deed after patch displays capacity 50000 on the deed. Havent placed it yet to check hopper.
3. All old (medium mineral) Deeds made before patch and had storedin my inventory, displayreduced capacity (5500) after patch. I havent placed them to check hopper size.
4. One Solar generatorbuild afterpatch displayed 50870 (yes, +870) capacity and had similar hopper capacity when placed.
5. All observations done on Tempest server
Conclusion: it seems some old deedsto be/display buggy capacitance. Newly made structures might implement experimentation that possibly gives +capacity to before patch

Could someone post exactly where the devs said they would be changing the extraction rate and hopper size back to what it was? I can find where they say they are looking into the power and maintenance costs and that changes were unintended, but can't find any mention of extraction rate and hopper size (other than what was said about hopper size prior to the patch).
For more info, check the announcements forum. there is a list of bugs and our issues are actually hilighted in yellow text.

"Ok, bonehead. How can you compare a freaking weapon that costs an average of 10k. At the most you probably have 10 weapons...woo hooo 100k. I'm not sweating that. My issue here is 60 large harvs at 100k-120k each.Which = to 7.2 million credits. Maybe you should think before you flame. I worked hard to be where I am with NO EXPLOITS or CHEATS. Just because you didn't have the brains to operate such a resource business maybe you should drink a can of **edit**.
Hmm, can you say anger management? Question, would you happen to be one tof those Commando or BH/CH with a touch of Artisan.. mainly just the survey tree?
1) "Maybe you should think before you flame." ----Exactly! You should try it.
2) "How can you compare a freaking weapon that costs an average of 10k. At the most you probably have 10 weapons...woo hooo 100k" ---well harvestors dont degrade.. you will have to replace them ONCE. Guns degrade, you will have to replace them for as long as you play the game.
3) "My issue here is 60 large harvs at 100k-120k each.Which = to 7.2 million credits." -- My issue is that someone running 60 heavy harvestors that does not craft, that just sells resources is upset about 7.2 million credits. How long would that take you to make running 60 HEAVY HARVESTORS? Heaven forbid that you have to spend a few days profit to upgrade them. Also, with someone that runs a mouth like you complaining about paying an architect, I would bet that you didn't pay 100-120 each. You are probably one of those "You BONEHEAD.. LOL, I can get that heavy harvestor from a friend for 50k!" Id guess you payed way under value of what they are really worth."
I know that if I was an architect on your server, and I saw you coming around for harvestors, Id make you PAY big time. All it would take is seeing your name on thousands of resources listings to know. And since I know that you where going to take that one time investment of my harvestor, use it for about 2 or 3 days, sell the resources and have the thing paid for, I wouldat least make sure it took you a week to pay it off.
Anyone else tired of the Bounty Hunter Survey Artisans?
How to be a 1337 rich d00d.
1) Getmaster marksman, Getmaster scout, Get novice artisan
2)XP up Bounty Hunter skill tree while running missions to buy harvestors
3) Buy harvestors at garbage prices. Get the garbage prices this way...
- Send a tell to architect and ask for price
- Whatever price is say "That is way over priced, LOL, I can by that from (insert imaginary friend here) for (insert bogus number here) credits".
- Repeat previous step till either a) you badger an architect into giving away structure, or b) all architects sell at your "average" made up price.
4) Be a crafter without crafting by survey. Place all harvestors. Resource shift, hog every possible placeable area. Stagger harvestors if needed.
5) Sell resources back to crafters/architects for inflated prices. Use money to buy whatever you want.
6) Master BH and have a gazillion credits.
