Are extraction rates still in whole numbers? Why in the world can't they decimalize it to help add some variability to the architect profession?
Also, can you still hit the max extraction with a 75%+ experimental result? This is currently the case on the live servers due to the dumb decision to round extraction rates off to whole numbers so that anything 75-99% is the same. Perhaps a perfect 100% result would be 1 extraction higher but good luck finding resources that are a perfect 1000 in all needed stat areas especially since you'll need 1000 in three different areas on each of your resources.
This revamp of the harvester assembly process seems neat, but without decimalization it essentially removes experimentation from architects and makes it extremely easy to find the required resources to hit the max extraction rates if all you need is a 75%+ experimentatl result. No need to hunt down and hoard 950+ stat resources for a premium batch of harvesters when you can just plop down your harvesters on most any random resource and pull out 800+ stat resources to crank outthe top endharvesters. This won't be much different from the current situation on live servers where architects can just use pretty much any resources they please and crank out 10kg/hr heavy and 7kg/hr mediums because anything 50-74% will hit that extraction rate and with 5 experiment points that's easy.
I agree I would rather see some decimals. I think the sheer volume of resources required for these may deplete stockpiles significantly that it may cause price competition regardless. From what I see on my server it would be really hard to build 1000 top notch harvesters if experimenation is in the final combine in any meaningful manner.

It seems that the previously posted maintenance rates was a bug.
I checked my one remaining Medium (all I could afford to keep running) this morning and it's maintenance rate dropped from 180cr/hour to 76cr/hour after yesterdays patch.
Once I get some more ore I will make some more heavies and see what their rate is now, but it might take a few days
