Thread: PETITION: PAVED ROADS IN PLAYER CITIES ???
I guess you missed the sticky about not doing petitions in the architect forums.
Yes i agree thatits needed. But this isnt the way to get the devs to pay attention.
Personally, I think it would add quite a bit to the game. Here's my /sign.
But on another note, with the small amount of programming knowledge I've managed to pick up, would this even be possible? Seems like if the game engine had the ability to dynamically change textures at will, it would already be seen. I'm guessing that the textures are already painted on the ground before the buildings are put up in the NPC cities. Streets would have to be handled server side since they are a 'change' to the world instead of an addition. I hope that makes sense to someone else ![]()
Anyone who actually knows how the engine actually works, feel free to correct me.

No, i didnt miss the Sticky.. i disregarded it.. How would you vapture the dev´s Audience?
I'd love to see this.
Also another thing that would really make it feel like a city would be an option in graphics settings to modify the player building draw distance(If there is one someone point it out to me, I've messed around with the settings but I can't getplayer buildings toappear any sooner when approaching). Right now if I walk out onto my city plaza I can't see the other side unless it has been loaded by me being over there a few minutes ago. This to me is the one other thing that makes non-player cities much more attractive.
