Thread: PETITION: PAVED ROADS IN PLAYER CITIES ???
I visited lots of PC on my Server on Naboo.
I noted the NPC sities still look neater even though
most Playercities are sweet. Then i realized what was missing.
On Naboo, most PC stand on green ground. This means, in a PC is
a steet, houses on both sides and a GREEN Grassland-Street.
On Tattoine its Sand anyway, but on Naboo? Or Corellia?
I vote for a kind of ground tile that looks like paved road, so the cities
loose the "A lot of houses on green ground, but no city"-Effect.
Any Ideas on this?

I agree, cobblestone or brick walkways / streets would look nice.
Try purple ground on dantooine ![]()
Ya i agree THEY NEED SOME roads in the game to give the cities more of a city feel.
BUT BEFORE THAT they need to give /CITYWARN back to the cities!!!
not an architect, but i'm very concerned with in-game aesthetics

I think a good alternitive would be an "auto-paving" thing. If two structures are within x meters of each other, pavement appears between them... It would be the easiest (and cheaper for everyone).

I think this would add so much to the player cities. These could be street tiles that we craft andthe mayorlays out according to the city's plan. However, this would require mega tiles so the ability to craft these in factories would be a must.
Street, bridges, and walls. It should be done so as to be put in the next publish after vehicles or something so we can all enjoy a nice metropolis look even in an outpost
I would also like to see patio furniture city decorations. Since you can drop things on balconies, roofs, and patios why not make chairs, couches, tables, and umbrella's that are "city decorations"? This way we can all decorate our PA hall roof, Tat balconies, and have a sitting place outside of cantina's for a picnic.
/signStreets and the ablility to raise/level terrain would be nice. Now there is a great idea for a money sink.
would make a nice line leading from surveying 4..
heavy landscape..rivers, bridges, ground lvling..
highways..paved areas..roads..
outdoor furniture patio furniture..
and something else
The citizens of my city have asked several times about roads. They're rather bummed when I tell them I'm sorry, but roads aren't an option for cities. Even if they were to be a costly option, I think they should be an option. For reality's sake, perhaps they could be created by Engineers.
