Despite what some say, prices will not skyrocket with decline of the architect class numbers.

Over time, as all the PAs, large houses, medium houses, and medium harvesters get built, demand will fall off dramatically. Then resource prices will fall to 2 credits each, and all these people who were selling so cheap might look like prophets. But for time being you may as well make as much as you can. It is still possible to be very busy selling at 3 to 4 credits per resource in your structures.

I was thinking this yesterday andafter a quick read i have come to the conclution that architect is prety much usless now.

ALL those people which were able to get up to a high standard in the beging now obviously made it to the top and are charging what ever they want.

NOW !! they have large amouts of money they can bring down the cost of selling small / med / large houses GIVING n00bs no chance what so ever ....

For a noob ( like myself) i dont see any point running around looking after wind turbines and havesters when i can just get myself a house for 5K....... I will not be able to make any money being an architect or any other Artisan in that matter as there are going to player better and more skilled than you and will be able to under cut your selling prices .

1 thing they need to do is !!!! PUT MIN & MAX SELLING PRICES ON ALL PRODUCT !!!!!!

I've never sold a small house for under 15k. I have sold lower to friends and PA Members but that doesnt count. I've sold every small house I've made for profit, save two corellian houses(I am on tatooine.I have told people my prices on a small house and given them the waypoint to my vendor only to hear them complain about the price. 20 minutes later I get an email saying that person has bought one.

Don't compromise your price. It may take you longer to sell them, but you'll sell them.
