Anyways you've never played architect or even crafted deeds. Deeds are much more useful. I doubt that you even craft.

well i cannot see this option being in all deeds as i can see many issues right now its hard to find us architects i know when i do not wanna get bothered i hide my tag but i can see this for cities and guild halls thos and maybe large homes since they are like for the rich sort of speak or suppose to be i mean look guild hall man those things are like a mantion but so the price is up there because it would require that a architect spends his time with u so the price would go up and meansu truely have to have huge ammounts of money so i would suggest it for large homes and guild halls and cities

i can only play on the weekends, this would ruin my business completely as itwas just starting to get good
what would be much nicer is if all archs on all servers set a base price on all structures and make it like
20k small house
120k medium
240k large
etc.
we would get rich![]()

though the house building Idea didnt go over to well.. This would be a decent avenue for architects to be able to do Terrain Negotiation for some house place ments.. people can place their houses anywhere they could now.. but if the hill was too sloping or something an architect can be hired to place the house for them and the architect would have ( skill level bases ) certain abilities to reshape the landscape to accomodate the strucutre...

I think that's a kick ass variation of an interesting idea. Another great one for the devs to ignore!

Not a good idea. In order to set up a house in a player city, you'll most likely need zoning rights as that is enabled in most player cities. It's way too easy to abuse that right with broadscale zoning rate granting for unknown architects.
