Survival of the fittest. Sorry for your bad luck.
So you´re gonna sell at 3 cpu or less something that gives the ability of getting cheaper resources to those who are gonna keep their prices and that will sell you the resources you need to making them for 10 cpu or more: great business.
Every profession charges a high cpu in perfect items... but ours.
I hope that you don´t cry for respect from those who believe that a child could be a good architect.

So they replace 14s as the new top. Why?
Because they're better!
And should be charged accordingly.
Not to mention they require a buff in addition to kick ass materials, drink, etc...
Had the BER14's on my vendors w/in aseveral hrs of the publish...Priced them at 200k on Valcyn...Still haven't sold a one of them. But, my BER13's have been selling like hot cakes at 120k...Guess people are thinking the BER13's will no longer exist...But I won't drop the prices...the sales will eventually come...plus, I tend to sell more deeds on the weekends....

Did you advertise the availability of the BER14's?
Are the BER14's on the same vendor as the BER13's?
If you put the BER14's on teh same vendor and if you've got multiple pages people may just not be seeing the BER14's. This isn't uncommon, people buy the first thing they see that meets their needs.
You should remind your customer of one thing whey buying a BER14.
On a 70% spawn a BER14 will only pull 1008 more units per day than a BER13. To the resource vendor selling resources at 1.5CPU that is only an extra 1540 credits in potential sales.
If a BER13 selles for 100k and a BER14 for 250k then it will take the resource miner an extra 150-175 days of solid mining plus a full sell of the resources from the harvester to make up the cost difference.
So is BER14 at 250k really a bargain or is is foolishness to purchase something for 2.5 times the going rate of a BER13 that will take almost 6 months to make up the cost difference? I guess they could raise the price of resources.
BER14 is really not all it is cracked up to be. But that is simply my opinion. I would hate for people to make an uninformed decision to purchase a 14 thinking they are getting something really uber - when they are not.

Well I have moved my BER14's down to 120k (same as BER13's) to see if they will sell. I had no sales at 250k.
After..... one day?
Do non archies know that better is available?
250k may be a bit high, but really.... don't bottom out the market so quickly!
(last week, did you sell the BER13 at the same price as BER12 'failures'?)
Give it time.... When word gets around, I'm sure people will pay a few dozen K more for BER14s.
We can also look at the cost of a BER14 from the perspective of a first time buyer mining high quality stuff:
They can buy a BER10 medium for like 30-50k usually. BER10 will get them about 10k resources a day for 3k costs. They sell at 3 cpu and recoup their costs in 2 days. Every day after that you're making 25k / day profit.
Buy a BER13 heavy for like 70-120k. That gets 13k resources / day for about 4.5k cost. SEll for 3 cpu and get your investment back in 2-4 days. Then make 35k / day profit afterwards
Buy a BER14 heavy for 200-250k. Thats 14k / day for 4.5k cost. So they recoup their investment in 5-7 days. Then make 38k /day profit after.
