How do I know? I just built one.
With a lot of tries, I managed to build 100% GP Modules, Energy Distributers, and Control Units. I found a master droid engineer and paid him to build me a 100% droid storage compartment schematic. After burning through a lot of GPs, EDs and CUs, I managed to get lucky and get two amazing results on an MSS schematic. Ran a couple through the factory, and built myself a 45.0 rated Weapon station.
There it is. That's what I've been after.

Congrats, the best I got was 44.5. The base of my MS was 87% and I could only get it up to 95%, Even if I got all exp points to be amazing, the best I could get was 97%. Still my best before this was a 42.8, so I nice enough improvement.

Hello;
Not sure about Not Worth It. I have several 15-18% Stations and a few 40%. The 40's do not seem to add to house storage using input hopper, but the lamer ones do. Always wondered if this was How they were made or the XP Rating. Anyone ever test this ?

I'm not sure how much I'm going to charge. It's hard to keep raising the price on something that appears to have no more practical value than one that's a fraction of the quality. Though one could argue that's true for a lot of things in this game that people spend plenty of money on.
The ones I have been stocking are 43.56, and they've flown off the shelves at 50K. Couldn't keep them in stock. I've got several promised to people for free, and I'll probably give some to my home town. After that, who knows.
If I decide to stay in architect after all this I may want to come and buy a 45 structure crafting station from you since you are on my server

Hello!
I have some questions:
Has there been any hard evidence that you get better results with a higher rated crafting station?
Do crafting stations decay?
Thanks

A player did a test awhile back, and the conclusion was that crafting stations don't do anything to increase experimentation successes. There was evidence ofreduced critical failures, but only marginally. And with the new reduction ofcriticial failures (supposedly in this publish), the advantage of a high-rated station may be even less.
Of course, this is all speculation since the Devs, to my knowledge, have NEVER said a single word about the advantages of high-rated tools and crafting stations.

Congrats! Now we no longer have to hear '50 is the max.' I got Intrepid's highest yesterday 44.52934.

Nice job! I tend to stay away from these since I've yet to have any really consistant luck with them. Congrats and happy building!
