Getting low grade ore for me is like me trying to milk an alligator.

On Ahazi, I found Gema Ore on the beach outside Kaadara (sp?) on Naboo. I know its over 50..might be as high as 60 before you hit the water. I think its awesome ore...every stat is over 800 cept malleability, which is 466. Hope that helps.

LOL! low grade has always been the worst concentration.
I got lucky and found a 58% spot and i have 6 harvestors on it 24/7 but that still only brings in 6k of ore. that means i can make 5 houses or 1 factory and 1 house with a little left over per day. Maybe we should pay the combat classes to drop harvestors for us to increase our lot limits?

lets say 1k per harvestor= all they have to do is place on the waypoint we provide and set your name to admin. then you can choose the resource and add the power and maintenance.they could make an easy 5k for 5 lots!

Sorry if this is a post hi-jacking but the low ore % is killing my structure output!

On the Bria server ( I dont know if concentration very from server to server in the same location.) There is a good concentration of Ahe ( a low grade ore) SW of theed thats in the 60s. Last time I checked, there was about 30 or so extractors there, so you better hurry.

On Starsider, there's a nice concentration of 77% low-grade near Mos Entha.

Not giving location specifics - go out and find it like I did.

Resource classes don't change. Low grade ore is a class of resources, just like Metal, Inert Petrochemical, etc. Think of low grade ore as the anthracite coal of the SWG universe.

The only thing that changes as you increase survey is range and resolution (God I love 320 x 5!)

I am on Wanderhome and am having a heck of a time finding low grade ore. The best I could find was a 49 on Naboo. I was wondering if this is normal? I have tried Talus & Lok and not even found any at all. Could anyone give me some advice or recommendations about finding the ore.

LGO seemsto be a bit rare on Wanderhome at the moment. Like the other poster said, it's best just to keep checking as the resources shift, and hopefully it'll come into abundance soon.

On a similar matter, I recently focussed my mining efforts onto Corellia, as I found that spreading out too far amongst the other planets used up a lot of gaming time that I don't have. Sure, I might not be getting the best resources, but I'm getting what I need to build stuff without giving myself a nervous breakdown. The way I have my harvesters planted, I'm no more than a 3k run away from any of them at a given time.

Now that I've said that, the nest resource shiftwill probably throw my cute little setup into the four winds

at this very moment, there's no ore on wanderhome/naboo. Some will probably show up today or tomorrow - when it does, run like a banshee and find the best vein. You'll be the first on a new vein and reap its rewards for (hopefully) at least a week.
