I've been losing resources like mad for two days now trying my damndest to make 3 identical power core units...

How in god's name is it done?!? I got 2, but in the process I've lost almost 10k worth of resources! I've submitted CSR tickets, but by the time I get a response it should be mid-April.

Anyone who's every succesfully made a PA Hall got a tip?

Need to make a schematic and do a run in a factory to get three identical ones.

Items must be made in a factory to be identical. I've not made a PA hall, but I suspect that since power core units are made by a weapon/general crafting tool might need an equipment factory instead of a structural factory to make them identical. Not sure though.

Let me specify, power core units are one of the extremely buggy items we Architects deal with. See the Architect correspondent's first report.

I know how to make a schematic and such. I know how to use identical components, I am, blah blah and so on.

Everything is perfectly right. My factory eats resources. I don't get identical power core units.

Help?

Its made in a Structure Factory . You need to make a schematic using all the same resources that you plan to input them into the factory . Clue: try and make more than you need , maybe enough for 3 pa halls .

Lalala done that, put in enough for 5, got 2, put in enough for 5, got 0, put in enough for 2, lost half my comps, put in enough for 3, lost all my comps.

This has been going on for 24 hours. Do you split all your resources perfectly? Do you pray to allah?

Gonna throw this out there, if any architect on Radiant has 3 identical power core units they will sell, I will buy them right now if I can't fix this **edit** problem.

This bug is a pain. I planned it to have the factory make 5 powercores at the end. Added and extra 1 to every ingredient and in the end ended up with 4 power cores. What a waste of time.

Are you using identical Turbine, P Conditioners and E Destributers in your schematic?

Yeah. I am. Don't worry, wasn't doing anything wrong.

I put in enough for 10. It ate components for 3. Gave me 1.

I'm happy in a sad kind of way.

Dunno, I made two the other day, and they came out fine. I guess I should knock on wood.

The best thing to do for now is to make Power Core units in bulk. Make them 20 at a time, and then you'll save yourself the pain of going through making them for the next time you need them.

Additionally, it will save you the cost of deploying an Equipment Factory just to make a couple of very cheap items.
