Space Mining



  • Ore mining units now come 5 to a crate, instead of 1 to a crate.



Why it's listed under space Mining I have no idea

I think the fact that they put it under space mining really says a lot about how much SOE collectively knows / cares about our profession.

See. I've been right all along that they come 1 to a crate.

Unless there's a special OMU that is used exclusively in space mining and the regular ones we use in harvesters will be unchanged. I don't know anything about space mining so I don't even know if there is an OMU for that or not. I sure hope it means that our OMUs will be crated...finally, but I'll believe it when I see it.

there's not, I'm a master SW and there is not 1 schematic in there that is close to it. Space mining involves a mining laser, cargo hold, and optional tractor beam.

ok, don't all the others come in a crate of 10? Whey the difference with ore mining units?

I don't care how many come to a crate, as long as I don't have to go lugging them a few at a time back from my factory to my home, I'm all for it.

My personal Opionion this is not an acceptable Fix.. 5 is really an insult. It still is a cumbersome limit to a crate. Doesnt really Improve our inventory management at all...
