Thread: Petition to allow resources to stack higher than 100k
90% of my storage nightmares would be solved with one little fix. If we could stack resources in 900k-1m stacks not only would it free up priceless SWG Datbase storage, but also help all crafters incredibly. We are almost forced into unsecure storage situations (factory input hoppers, cross server lot trades, friends houses, etc) simply to store multiple little IDENTICAL 100k stacks of resources.

In a word: NO
Players do not need hundreds of millions of units of resources. I have probably4 million units of resources on hand right now. That really is a lot, but it doesn't consume that much of even one of my acct's storage space.
If a player can't figure out a way to make the 150+100+100 inventory slots available to them from a medium house, their bank, and their person, (350 slots is 350 Million resource units!), they have a problem.
(psst... 350 slots is 35 million. still a lot though)

Taking the stack size from 100K to 1M would easily drop those 300 stacks down to 60-70 - a 5X decrease. If the crate size for components went up to 100 (at least), then I would reduce the number of items I have around by another factor of 4-6X.
