This is a polite refusal. I've read what we're getting in the thread from Wes and I can now say that I don't want your Smuggler revamp thank you very much and judging by the posts in Wes's thread I'm not alone.

It bears no relation to the revamp that was discussed by this community and GM, no fast talking, no space smuggling, just glorified delivery missions.

We have waited two years for this, not always patiently, not always with good humour but we have waited, time after time the revamp has been pushed back for various reasons, "We need JTL first because smuggling isn't really smuggling with out a space component" was one of them.

This community is already on it's knees we’ve seen a LOT of long standing smugglers leave over the past couple of month and those of us who are left are very disillusioned. These answersare the final blow.

What I can't understand is WHY!

Time after time were told the DEV's Love this game and want it to succeed but then you present us with something like this. Are you trying to make people leave because that's the effect you are having.All I can assume is it's just too hard for you to give us the revamp that GM worked on that according to him only had the dialogue left to do. I know DEV time is limited but please can we talk to the DEV responsible for this revamp.

We all want to know why we are getting this and not what was proposed a year ago.

As it is we don't want this revamp. It aint smuggling, its delivery missions.

An injurious expansion, and an insulting revamp proposal.. all after 2 years of promises broken.

I agree, they can keep it.

Seems to be more of that happening lately. Us SL's got a revamp that was kind of an ambush on us, since most of our feedback and testing was pretty much ignored. Can't say much about the ranger revamp since I'm not a ranger but it sounded to me like it wasn't even close to what they were asking for. It feels like bit by laggy buggy bit they're dumbing down the whole game to just a starwars skin over the same ol same ol mmorpg.

Our revamp kind of dropped out of the blue, can't imaginebeing dragged through the mud over a couple of years like smugglers, to basicaly end up with left overs they forgot to give to bh's or jedi.

Well ive been a smugler for prolly around 450days now and the only thing i think i like in it is the FD and Mezzes. aside from that its utterly useless because its not like we get to "smuggle" anything......... I remember words of the smugler revamp and i was like sweet, then i wondered "Did'nt they say something about a revamp?" well seems how now everythings looted making slices so so much harder we basicly get the short end of the stick again.

I remember back when vehicles first came out...I was a master then.

I remember back when you had to walk everywhere you wanted to go...I was a master smuggler then too.

I'll tell the devs where they can shove it...

A rollback is coming, perhaps. We can't be sure, and the mods totally deny it, but IMO, that makes it all the more likely. Hang in there, it could come at any moment... All we've worked for may soon come to fruition...

Yup, you're right, none of us seems to want this piece of crap. But I really doubt we even have a chocie in this.

Since when did that stop the Devs? Half the time they put in whatever crap they want and don't listen to what the players want.

This whole so called Revamp strikes of expediancy. It's a "for the love of god give em something to shut em up"

What they don't realise if they did what were have all asked for it would make this profesion so much fun people wouldbe flocking back to play. All that extra cash flooding into there bank account. Instead of a useless 2% market share this game could beat WOW. You don't beat WOW by making a WOW clone you make a better game.

I can't under stand why they wont listen, it's their own purses they are hurting.
