I always thought the movies were about terrorism and how it works when applied. Because every group of rebels and terrorists are "freedom fighters" in some perspective

That would be a "from a certain point of view" discussion.
There is a difference in fighting for whats right and just. And fighting for a 'point of view'.
If people could accept one another instead of fighting over our differences the we wouldn't be on the verge of a social / politicalsystem right out of '1984'

Well, if this conversation doesn't get someone's attention...
then it'll just be another post the Devs/Mods will never ever look at because it's in the Smug forums.

"You said it chewie... WHERE did you dig up that old fossil?"
"Ben is a GREAT man!"
"Yeah, Great at getting us into trouble..."
What is so fascinating about lightsabers anyway? Who cares? I watch these movies only for Han Solo, and I loved how much of a role he had in Episode V... Then again, any role Harrison Ford plays is amazing... be it Solo or Indiana Jones, or Jack Ryan, or President James Marshall is Air Force One...
He is one of America's most gifted actors... he should win a lifetime achievement award or something for acting.

He say you brad runnah.
Yes he did. And it was fan-friggin-tastic.
And Rutger Hauer was just in Batman Begins. Another dark movie about a detective

Blade Runner rocks. The end just leaves you there thinking
'OMG is he a construct like that girl?'

Yes, but most of his ideas that didn't come from Kurosawa came from Flash Gordon...
